The Highlights
Revitalise.
Step out of routine and into a slower pace. With space to rest, eat well, and take care of yourself, each day brings the chance to feel more present and less rushed
No deadlines, no expectations.
Reset.
A mix of good conversation, quiet moments, and time in nature helps clear the mental clutter. Whether it’s a morning walk, journaling at sunset, or a new place to pray, it’s a practical pause and it lasts longer than a long weekend.

What You’ll Learn
Intro to ‘The Level Up’
You’ve been putting in the work. You’ve confronted your fears and limiting beliefs. You’ve established healthy boundaries with those who no longer serve you. What’s next? And why is it important? What does ‘Leveling Up’ look like and why is it imperative you step into your next era of personal power?
Personal Power - what is it?
What does personal power mean and how do you wield it? Why are we scared of power, especially our own? How do you exert power without becoming a tyrant? What does ‘healthy’ power look like in today’s world?
Find Your Tribe
You are not here to be liked. You are here to be great. To be the highest expression of yourself while holding compassion and love in your heart. People will love you and people will not like you, and that’s ok. How do you find your tribe to make an actual difference with those who need what you have to offer?
Your Gifts are your Superpower
You have unique gifts only you can give to the world. Hone in on your craft. What are you good at and what should you leave behind? The process of self-discovery is imperative to ensure competence and integrity in your Level Up.
Leaning into your Feminine Energy
We all have a mix of Feminine and Masculine energy. What does leaning into our feminine energy look like and why is it important we heal our wounded feminine and masculine energy in order to create balance from within?
What our Faith Demands of Us
As Muslims, we have a responsibility to the world. We are in the unique position of being chosen as Muslims; we adhere to the truth of Islam and submit and surrender to the Divine. What does it mean to be a Mu’mim (true believer) and Muhsen (the highest level of faith) vs merely just a Muslim (one who professes faith)?
Building the New World
The new age we are moving into is one of authenticity, frequency and love over fear. We will be confronted with a completely new way of living and working (AI, new power structures, etc.). What is your role and how are you going to ensure you are not left behind, rather a compassionate leader in the new age?
Practical Takeaways & Implementation
How do we take everything we’ve learned on this journey together and implement it into our everyday lives? How do we hold ourselves accountable as we ‘Level Up,’ and ensure we infuse joy, play and fun into the process?

Your Questions
-
Not at all. Many of our guests come solo and we love that. The experience is built to create natural connection through shared spaces, group sessions, and downtime. You’ll leave with new friends, and maybe even a group chat you don’t want to mute.
-
All accommodation, in-destination transport, daily breakfast, welcome and farewell dinners, group sessions with Melanie, curated activities, and select lunches/dinners are included.
Flights to and from Thailand, some meals, and personal expenses (like shopping or spa treatments) are not included. -
Absolutely. We’ve intentionally designed every part of the trip with Muslim women in mind, from privacy and modesty considerations to halal food and prayer time built into the flow of each day. It’s a space where you can fully be yourself.
-
It’s a gentle pace. Activities include walking, light exercise and optional kayaking, but everything is beginner-friendly and no one’s forcing you into a HIIT class. You’ll have plenty of time to rest, recharge, and skip anything that doesn’t suit your energy.
-
There’s no formal dress code, modest and comfortable is the vibe. Think breathable fabrics, walking shoes or sandals and outfits you feel good in. Bring something loose when out and about, something chill for dinner and don’t forget modest swimwear for the private pool settings
-
We’re keeping it intimate, with a maximum group size of 20 people. That means more meaningful conversations, less waiting around and a balance between group time and personal space.
